Holistic Study skills WORKSHOP FOR STUDENTS
The 1 hour Holistic Study Skills workshop explores the benefits of Mindfulness and Yoga in the stressful aspects of academic life, especially exams.

Yoga & Mindfulness

Yoga & Mindfulness Classes for STUDENTS
Help students grow holistically through weekly 1 hour Yoga & Mindfulness classes that help them:
- develop empathy & self-compassion to reduce reactivity in difficult situations (peer pressure, exam stress, family challenges, failure)
- increase body-awareness & improve flexibility, strength, balance

Yoga & MIndfulness Retreat for TeachING STAFF
This 6 hour day long retreat for teachers includes yoga, mindfulness and holistic development strategies that help to aide emotional regulation, physical health and mental wellbeing through strategies to:
- Connect with body and breath to manage anxiety and impulsivity with greater emotional resilience.
- Develop empathy & self-compassion to reduce reactivity in difficult situations. 
- Identify when they need to pause, breathe and heal and choose tools that they feel help them to calm down, relax and feel positive and energised.
- Connect with nature and elements as anchors and supports for present-moment awareness and to cope with difficult emotions.

8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course for TEACHING STAFF
In our 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction in Schools and Universities, participants can learn practical stress reduction strategies in 8 sessions of mindfulness, yoga and guided reflection. This course includes weekly 2 hour classes, supported by home practice guidelines and a full day silent retreat day.

​The course has shown clinically relevant reductions in medical and psychological symptoms across a wide range of medical diagnosis, including chronic pain conditions and anxiety or panic. it is suitable for anyone who wants to:
- Cope with stress
- Increase self compassion
- Manage difficult emotions and situations​

8 WEEK MINDFULNESS COURSe for students
Deepen self-awareness to discover mindfulness practices best suited for students needs. Help students develop greater self-awareness and emotional resilience. During the course they attend weekly 1. 5 hour-long classes which include an experiential study of:
  • Specific areas of the brain and how these affect our ability to focus, make good choices, recognise when we need to steady ourselves when our body or mind is busy or out of balance.
  • Ways that mindfulness can support them in many day-to-day activities, including concentration and memory, behavioural self- management, and in relationships with family and friends.
  • ​Ways to respond rather than react – and therefore make better choices and take best care of ourselves.​
This course follows the Mindfulness in Schools Project curriculum.
