8 week mindfulness based stress reduction course
Learn practical stress reduction strategies in 8 sessions of mindfulness, yoga and guided reflection. This course includes weekly 2.5 hour classes, supported by home practice guidelines and an exclusive full day immersive retreat.

At the Changemaker Catalyst Lab, your learners, educators & volunteers will join other groups from higher and lower resourced schools around Johannesburg, to develop 21st century skills and lead community change by using the 4 Design Thinking steps:
Feel - identify issues they wish to address in their local community Imagine - brainstorm solutions Do - design action plans and take action Share - write & publish stories of change on the international I CAN School Challenge digital platform.
