Mindfulness & Yoga

ME tIME RETREAT
A 4 hour workshop for your kids / teens (6 - 12 years / 13 - 18 years) to immerse in holistic self care with Yoga, Mindfulness and Nutrition. Activities include: yoga, mindfulness, meditation, chi-gung, dance, food preparation, nature walk, outdoor mandala making, mandala colouring, artistic expression.

(3 hours with guided live audio and non-visual screen time to mitigate digital overload)

Minimum 8 participants. Can be conducted on-site at your venue or a suitable location. 
8 week mindfulness course
Deepen self-awareness to discover mindfulness practices best suited for your child's needs (recommended for 8-12 years). Help your children develop greater self-awareness and emotional resilience. During the course they attend weekly 1.5 hour-long classes which include an experiential study of:
  • Specific areas of the brain and how these affect our ability to focus, make good choices, recognise when we need to steady ourselves when our body or mind is busy or out of balance.
  • Ways that mindfulness can support them in many day-to-day activities, including concentration and memory, behavioural self- management, and in relationships with family and friends.
  • ​Ways to respond rather than react – and therefore make better choices and take best care of ourselves.​
This course follows the Mindfulness in Schools Project curriculum.

WEEKLY MINDFULNESS and YOGA CLASSES
These weekly 1 hour classes are suitable for children of ages 8 to 12 years.

The 1 hour Holistic Study Skills workshop explores the benefits of Mindfulness and Yoga in the stressful aspects of academic life, especially exams.
