A. BOOKING POLICY
1. Fill out the relevant registration form.
2. We will contact you within 24 hours to clarify any queries.
3. You will receive payment information also available in section B on this page.
4. Make 50% payment to confirm your booking, 7 days prior to the programme.
5. Places are not held unless full payment is received.
6. For monthly classes, fees are due at the beginning of the first month.
7. We request all participants to arrive 15 min prior to scheduled start of the sessions. Latecomers disrupt the session for other participants.
8. All mobiles and devices must be switched off during the session, unless otherwise requested by the facilitator.
9. Should the event be postponed, a full refund will be given.

C. CANCELLATION POLICY
Having registered for any eduSOIL programme, you have accepted the cancellation policy as follows:
1:1 Consultations, Workshops and Retreats
50% of the fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hrs prior to session.
8 Week Mindfulness Courses
- If cancellation is made up to 1 week prior to course start date only the non-refundable registration fee is held.
- If cancellation is made less than 24 hours of the course start date, no refund is available however the participant can join a later course at no additional charge.
Monthly Classes
Registration for monthly classes includes a non-refundable registration fee for the year.
No refund available on the monthly fee. eduSOIL reserves to right to assess this case by case.
Changemaker Labs
75% of total fee is refundable should you cancel 24 hours before the event.
D. RESEARCH, DOCUMENTATION & PUBLICATION
During your course, you may be asked to complete pre & post surveys or reflection forms, that explore your presenting stress and mindfulness levels. All the information provided in these surveys, forms and in any interviews scheduled for research purposes, will remain anonymous.
We document all our programmes for research/development and marketing purposes. We will take your permission to include your images or testimonials, as this will help advocate the work eduSOIL is doing.
E. PRICES
The prices quoted on this website are correct at the date of publication. eduSOIL reserves the right to adjust these prices in order to meet their true cost.
Registration for monthly classes includes a non-refundable registration fee for the year.
F. SCHOLARSHIPS
eduSOIL offers scholarships of 30% of advertised fee to those facing financial difficulty. Should a scholar fail to comply with eduSOIL's Scholarship Terms and Conditions, or opt out of the Scholarship Programme, he/she is liable to pay the 70% course fee that was previously waived off. Scholars may be required to show proof of financial assistance and submit a letter of motivation. On receiving the scholarship, applicant will be required to sign a volunteer agreement and dedicate a specified number of hours to volunteer work under an eduSOIL programme.
In extreme circumstances where a scholarship applicant cannot afford to pay the discounted fee of 30%, the non-refundable registration fee will still apply and we will consider engaging the applicant in a work exchange with an additional equitable number of volunteer hours in exchange for the value of the programme applied for. In such cases, the scholar is provided with a list of areas our NPO requires support in and they choose which specific activity to engage for a defined period of time.
G. TEACHING ELIGIBILITY
eduSOIL's programmes to train oneself are designed to help you learn how to manage your own stress and mindfulness levels. Attending these courses does not constitute a training certification from eduSOIL to teach any of the course content to others. eduSOIL has courses designed to Train to Teach, completing which, you are eligible to receive a Teacher Training certification from eduSOIL.
