DAY 1 - Saturday
1. Nurture, with Detox & Gardening , 10 am - 12 pm
Learn how to nurture yourself and your garden through detoxifying juicing, smoothies and basic gardening skills - composting, planting, pruning, etc.
2. Move, with Yoga, 1 pm - 3 pm
Explore pranayama (breathing), asanas (poses), meditation (concentration) and relaxation (nidra) to increase mental health and also learn practical stress management strategies.
DAY 2 - Sunday
3. Create, with Art & Dance, 10 am - 12 pm
Grow through creative expression, using art (painting, drawing, sculpture) craft, design, free dance and play-based inquiry.
4. Speak, with Design Thinking, 1 pm - 3 pm
Develop 21st Century skills with Design Thinking and Mindfulness tools, to enable learners and youth to be Changemakers
DAY 3 - Saturday
5. Breathe, with Body & Mind, 10 am - 12 pm
Explore pranayama (breathing) and learn how to regulate the breath to settle and soothe, paying attention to the breath during mindful movement, to reconnect the mind and body.
6. Heal, with Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 1 pm - 3 pm
Find self-care and healing with Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction strategies using Yoga, Mindfulness, guided meditation and attention training.
DAY 4 - Sunday
7. Meditate, with ME time,10 am - 1:30 pm
Reconnect and take some ME time, through guided meditation with visualisations, affirmations and attention training,

Per retreat day = R600 (for any 1 of the 4 days)
Weekend retreat = R1,200 (for either Days 1 & 2 or 3 & 4)
Mandala journey = R2,400 (for all 4 days)
You can also attend any combination of workshops @R300 per session
