What will you explore during the retreat?
Here and Now - Developing present moment awareness and exploring our current stress and mindfulness levels. Pause - Engaging in yoga, mindfulness and meditation to increase attentiveness and take time to relax. Mindful Meal - Eating to eat by cultivating awareness of food. Breathe - Paying attention to the breath during mindful movement, eating, speaking and listening, to reconnect the mind and body. Mindful Walking - Being attentive to walking, while walking. Heal - Learning about personal stress triggers & indicators, and exploring tools that can be used to be more responsive and less reactive in stressful situations.
