Learn practical stress reduction strategies in 8 sessions of mindfulness, yoga and guided reflection. This course includes weekly 2 hour classes, supported by home practice guidelines and a full day silent retreat day.

Building on her lifelong yoga and meditation practice and following an insight she received from a dream, Juanita participated in an 8 week Mindfulness Based Living course with Mindfulness Africa facilitator Kerri Martinaglia at the Waterfall Retreat Centre in 2015. Moved by the significant impact it had on her life, her practice and her work she decided to train as a facilitator. She completed her Teacher Training Level 1 with the Mindfulness Centre for Research and Practice (Bangor University, Wales) in the summer of 2015 and since facilitated several in-person and online MBSR and MBCT courses, Mindfulness Retreat Days and Mindfulness workshops with participants in South Africa, Sudan, India and Northern Ireland.
