DAY 1 - Saturday, 9th December
1. Nurture, with Detox & Gardening 10 am - 12 pm
Learn how to nurture yourself and your garden through detoxifying juicing, smoothies and basic gardening skills - composting, planting, pruning, etc.
2. Move, with Yoga 1 pm - 3 pm
Explore pranayama (breathing), asanas (poses), meditation (concentration) and relaxation (nidra) to increase mental health and also learn practical stress management strategies.
DAY 2 - Sunday, 10th December
3. Create, with Art & Dance 10 am - 12 pm
Grow through creative expression, using art (painting, drawing, sculpture) craft, design, free dance and play-based inquiry.
4. Speak, with Design Thinking 1 pm - 3 pm
Develop 21st Century skills with Design Thinking and Mindfulness tools, to enable learners and youth to be Changemakers
DAY 3 - Saturday, 16th December
5. Breathe, with Body & Mind 10 am - 12 pm
Explore pranayama (breathing) and learn how to regulate the breath to settle and soothe, paying attention to the breath during mindful movement, to reconnect the mind and body.
6. Heal, with Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 1 pm - 3 pm
Find self-care and healing with Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction strategies using Yoga, Mindfulness, guided meditation and attention training.
DAY 4 - Sunday, 17th December
7. Meditate, with ME time 10 am - 1:30 pm
Reconnect and take some ME time, through guided meditation with visualisations, affirmations and attention training,

Per retreat day = R600 (for any 1 of the 4 days)
Weekend retreat = R1,200 (for either Days 1 & 2 or 3 & 4)
Mandala journey = R2,400 (for all 4 days)
You can also attend any combination of workshops @R300 per session
