Here and now - Develop present moment awareness of your body, breath, thoughts & emotions and explore your current stress and mindfulness levels.
Pause - Engage in yoga, mindfulness and meditation to increase attentiveness and take time to relax your body and mind.
Mindful Meal - Cultivate awareness of the sight, smell, taste and the nutritional value of food you eat.
Mindful Walking - Feel your feet on the floor as you walk without having to go somewhere or do something - ground yourself.
Breathe - Regulate the breath to settle and soothe. Pay attention to the breath during mindful movement to reconnect the mind and body.
Silent Tea Break
Heal - Learn about your personal stress triggers & indicators, and explore tools that you can use to be less reactive and more responsive in stressful situations, mindful speaking and listening.
